To honor National Volunteer Week and celebrate the service of our USGBC Northern California volunteers, please join the Rising Leaders and Impact Committees on Wednesday, April 10th at Covo in San Francisco. This organization and community would not run without all the help from each one of you - for attending, participating and sharing our message and knowledge of green buildings for all.

Keynote speaker, Andrea Traber of Integral Group, will kick off the event then we will recognize our wonderful volunteers for their dedication to the USGBC. There will be ample networking time so please come ready to celebrate and mingle with your fellow green building professionals and community.

In conjunction with National Volunteer Week, the USGBC NCC Rising Leaders and Impact Committees cordially invite you to celebrate and congratulate the hard work of all of our volunteers.You will also learn about the positive ways in which the green building industry is making a difference through volunteer efforts and how you can get involved.

Our keynote speaker, LEED Fellow Andrea Traber of Integral Group will kick off the event by sharing her insights, experiences and the values volunteering has brought to this community.


Andrea brings over 20 years of experience as Project Architect and Principal on numerous green building projects, climate action plans, as well as sustainability and energy programs, to the Integral team. Throughout her career, Andrea has dedicated herself as a leader with several green building and sustainability organizations, including USGBC NCC where she served three terms as President of the Board of Directors. She currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of the Healthy Communities Initiative. She is a sought after speaker on such topics as zero net energy design, sustainable communities, and green building.

Additionally, representatives from the USGBC NCC Rising Leaders and Impact Committees will give their perspective on what they have learned and what’s to come! There will be ample networking time so please come ready to celebrate and mingle with your fellow green building professionals and community.
